When creating multi cutouts from the survey data, the input file requires either 2 or 3 columns.
These columns must be either: "glon | glat" or "glon | glat | radius (degrees)".
If only two columns are used, a common radius must be entered.
The first row of the input csv file will be assumed to be column titles, the first two column titles must be either "glon | glat" or "ra | dec".
The creation of a large number of cutouts will take some time, so please be patient.
